Chapultepec, is a Nahuatl language word (which is spoken by the Aztecs said) literally means "hill of grasshoppers", which translated into Castilian is like mountain or hill , crickets or grasshoppers, (or tell them where you live)
But this is a music blog, so the language breviary, only to frame the name of a Mexican foxtrot, composed by Don Higinio Ruvalcaba in the 20's of last century.
Higinio recently learned that Don was not a popular composer, but composer and performer (violin) of serious music, but it seems, as often happens, he suddenly realizes that he must eat, so I wrote some pieces most popular dance music, which is proving particularly Foxtrot , was what made him famous and I guess let him live more comfortably.
I have no ties, or friendship, or family with him or his offspring, but in researching this post I found some interesting things. For example, your child gets to write and I spend some memoria.Pero things to not only the foxtrot, there is also a family story, this as usual appears in my blog pure roll here.
While preparing this post, I found some interesting references about the author, even the letters that your child has dedicado.Pueden follow these links for more information about Don Higinio. Even a CD, I guess you will not succeed with his "serious."
